I'm a certified NLP practitioner, and Mindset Coach.

The creator of Main Character Mantra.

My passion is to help ambitious women like you break free from limiting beliefs, build unshakable confidence, and step into the spotlight as the star of your own life

After 4.5 years of running my own business and mentoring women across industries, I've learned on thing: mindset is everything.

 

That's why I've combined my love for coaching, storytelling, and personal growth to create a program that's as empowering and practical.

After I log out of work, you can catch me living like my Main Character- meditating in the mornings, journaling, playing with my dog, or just lying on the couch watching a murder mystery. I am late to the party - but I have started watching F.R.I.E.N.D.S and I think I really missed out on it for so many years!
